All products are shipped directly from Bandar Baru Bangi, Malaysia.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days on top of the estimated delivery time for us to process your order.
Please expect slight delays for orders shipped during peak seasons (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas etc.)

All orders in Malaysia will be delivered via Poslaju.

If you fill in the Address, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays delivery time will be extended accordingly.

We also accept self collect for customer at our office, just call 03-89201296 to confirm date and time to pick up.

Although we accept self collect, but we actually prefer shipping by courier than self collect/meet up. This is time consuming and we choose to concentrate our limited resources to serve our customers more efficiently through ship-out method. In the case you really need to self collect, you can directly come to our office/shop  to collect in our business hours time.
